Millennium Team in a consortium with the company Tasyapi and according to the requirements of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, carried out works on the construction of residential buildings with over 300 apartments in Niš and Vranje (gross areas of the buildings: 13,993.33 m² Niš and 12,985.16 m² Vranje) for members of the security forces of the Republic of Serbia.
The construction period of the project in Vranje was from 2018 to 2021. In addition to the fact that the project was completed on time, it met all the quality standards of the performed works. All access facilities and roads were built, along with landscaping of the surrounding green areas.
