Construction of the “Indigo” hotel in Belgrade
In the period from 2018 to 2021, Millennium Team executed works on the construction and adaptation of a building in the center of Belgrade, between Knez Mihailova St. and Čika Ljubina Street. The company, as the main contractor, has successfully completed the construction of a hotel, the gross area of which is 7,031.55 m2.

Reconstruction of „Zeleni venac“ garage
Millennium Team reconstructed the existing garage Zeleni venac which is located in the center of Belgrade. On this occasion, 900 m2 of ecological facade made of Fiber cement panels and 170 m2 of 3D AURIA panels were constructed, including 685m of facade fences, as well as complete lighting of the facade.
Landfill “Bubanj” in Niš
Millennium Team was executing construction works at the territory of Nis, in order to facilitate the waste disposal at the „Bubanj“ landfill. The project also included the construction of access roads. Rehabilitation, reclamation and closure of the active segment for waste disposal. The segment area within this project is 2.5 ha.
Land levelling in the city of Vranje
Millennium Team was the main contractor for the leveling of the old military area on the territory of the city of Vranje, in order to establish a new industrial zone „Bunuševac“on the area of 223,998.50 m².
