The project of clearing the terrain at the location where the football stadium is planned to be built in the municipality of Surčin was carried out in two phases, up to a depth of 3m. This project involved demining the surface of the line infrastructure as well as the location of the stadium. During the clearing process several unexploded ordnances were identified. Inspecting the entire terrain and clearing it of UXO enables safe construction of the National Stadium infrastructure facility.
