This year, Millennium Team once again had the privilege of supporting the “Serbia is Calling You” sports camp, which brings together children aged 12 to 15 from across the region and the diaspora. This summer in Belgrade, the camp welcomed as many as 450 youngsters from 18 countries – from Montenegro to Botswana and Australia.

Together with our friends from Red Star Judo Club, we organized a special presentation of this noble sport for more than 200 boys and girls.

The young athletes had the chance to learn the basics of judo and spend time with world, European, and Mediterranean Games medalists. Many even gathered the courage to try different throws with the champions.

The camp program features five sports – basketball, football, volleyball, handball, and tennis – with participants training under the guidance of renowned coaches and former national team players. Beyond sports, the children attend Serbian language classes and explore the rich history and landmarks of Belgrade.
