The company Millennium Team won the public auction for purchasing the bankrupt legal entity Danube Riverside, which includes the Jugoslavija hotel.

With an initial investment of more than 42 million euros, we completed the takeover of the entire location of the former Hotel Jugoslavija. We started the process two years ago, with the purchase of 100% of the shares in the company MV Investment, which is the owner of the premises where the Grand Casino Belgrade is located to this day. We have initiated the amendment of the detailed regulation plan, so that we could construct a modern residential and business complex with a high-category hotel, in a location that, after 25 years, absolutely deserves it. The total investments we are planning for the next 4 years in this project amount to more than 400 million euros.

The company Millennium Team has been operating for more than two decades and has positioned itself as a leader in the construction industry. Through the implementation of large infrastructure projects Belgrade Waterfront, energy projects of gas pipelines and gasification of cities, the company has completed more than 2,500 km of gas pipeline network in Serbia, waste water purifiers, and now implements the project Clean Serbia in four cities, and participates in projects Metro, Expo 2027 and National Stadium.

The company is also the owner of Vranjska Banja, bought in 2020 and it is investing more than 90 million euros in reconstruction and modernization.
