Millennium Team has continued with its socially responsible initiative and thus presented the city of Vranje with 20 new seedlings for the row of trees which will be in Kraljevića Marka Street, where Millennium Team carried out works on the new sewage network as part of the Clean Serbia project.
“Through today’s works, as it always has, the company Millennium Team demonstrates its initiative to continue with the landscaping and greening of your city. So far, 60 plane tree seedlings have been planted, and you are doing a great job taking care of them. Today we are donating 20 linden seedlings. Our goal is to make your city more beautiful this way and improve the environment after the implementation of the projects,” said Aleksandra Anđelković, Technical Manager of the Clean Serbia project of the company Millennium Team.
“This way, we are continuing our successful cooperation with the company Millennium Team, because this is the third year that we have joined our forces to refine and green the public areas in our city. As a reminder, three years ago, when the implementation of the “Clean Serbia” project began, a row of trees was first planted in Kosovska Street, and then in Nikola Tesla Boulevard. Now the rows of trees have already been formed and arranged,” said the President of the Provisional Authority of the City of Vranje, Dr. Slobodan Milenković.
The company Millennium Team is a subcontractor to the Chinese company CRBC in terms of the implementation of the Clean Serbia project, which is being carried out in the city of Vranje, and the aim of which is the installation of a new sewage network, and the replacement of the old sewage network in some places with a new, more modern one, and the increase of the number of households connected to the sewage network. The project’s plan is to build 141.7 km of new sewage network not only in the city of Vranje, but also in the surrounding areas of this city. Our team has been working hard in the filed since the end of 2021, when the works on the project began, and more than 40% of the works has been done so far.
