The symbolic pouring of concrete on the 42nd floor of the Belgrade Tower marked the official completion of works on this construction within the Belgrade on Water project.

The official ceremony was attended by President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić and Eagle Hills President Mohamed Alabbar, as well as representatives of Pizzarotti and Millennium Team.

Our company, Millennium Team, regional leader in its field, with almost two decades of experience, is a partner with Pizzarotti on the Belgrade Tower construction project.  With 168 meters in height, 42 levels, a total area of 50,000 square meters and a lookout point at the top, the Belgrade Tower will represent the central part of Belgrade Waterfront and the tallest building in Serbia, as well as a new landmark of the capital. The prestigious Hotel St. Regis Belgrade will be located in the Belgrade Tower, and will extend from the ground floor to the 11th floor. The Belgrade Tower will have 220 apartments and 305 parking spots. Our own Millennium Team has been engaged in the works on Belgrade Waterfront, the largest construction site in Southeast Europe, since the project started.
